H323 Registration failed on Upgraded and freshly deployed application on only Dell R640 servers

Dear Forum Engineers,

We are having trouble with Oracle Linux version 8.10 using too much memory. The issue occurs on only R640 servers.

We tried an older version of Oracle Linux (8.8) and installed our application on the older version. The older version didn't use too much memory. Our application worked normally.

We also tested different network cards:

- One with Intel i350 worked fine with version 8.10.
- Another type (Intel X550) didn't work properly with version 8.10.

Does Oracle Linux 8.10 use more memory than version 8.8 and do network cards have an impact on the memory usage?
