gv$ and v$ session_longops how long is data stored?

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question.

How long is the session information is stored in gv$session_long_ops and in v$session_long_ops?
When is it purged? is it just a day long record only? is there a historical view for session_long_ops?

I cant seem to find that info in the oracle documentation.
btw im using oracle db 10.2.0.3
