Guide line to create and update fixed asset via Oracle Cloud Asset APIs

Hi, I need to create and update Oracle FIxed Asset data via Oracle Fixed Asset APIs. I need guide lines and recommendation how to do so. I can create JSON payload and call fixed asset APIs but not sure what to do next. I read Fixed Asset API documents and tried to send payload using Postman as the first test. Got APIs response with errors that ORA-01403 error.

Anyone can provide guide lines and recommendations are very apprecite.
