Guest VM become stalled randomly on OVM 3.3.2

I upgrade my OVM to 3.3.2. Some guest VM halted without any error event.

I can't ping the guest vm. But the status is still "Running" from VM manager.

Any idea?

HP DL360 G7

Guest VM: Oracle Linux 6.6

Domain Type: XEN_PVM

BTW, I already applied patch xen-4.3.0-55.el6.22.18 as mentioned in Migration of domU broken in 3.3.2?
