GTT Strange behaviour with Commit

Hi All,

We are on DB version 12 with oracle ebs version 12.2.5

We are making use of a DB link call before inserting records in GTT and there was no issue reported with GTT till a day back when some patch was applied on DB.

Now GTT are not preserving rows on COMMIT.

We tried a work around after reading note - 2169650.1 and start putting commit before insert in GTT instead of after insert and its working fine now.

If I put commit at both before and after insert into GTT data is not shown in GTT.

Please advise what's causing the issue and what i could do to rectify the same.
