GTT ( Global Temporary Table)

hi ,

I have a package which is called by many users execute at same time to pull the data. The data is contained in GTT (Global Temporary Table)

Question:

Do GTT is session specific or data is visible to all who access the table at that time ?

Can any one help me in this..
