GTE CyberTrust Root 5 CA

Hi There,

The default root 5 CA is expiring on 14th August, 2013. We have this CA certificate in our application's trust store. The same certificate I can see in default cacerts file of jre. The certificate is expiring on 14th August, 2014. What are the implications if I let this root CA expire? I can not find any renewal link for the certificate over the internet. Should I remove the certificate from my trust store? The certificate details are as below:
