Grouping Continuous Dates

My Table is -

H_DAYS

19/01/1999
20/01/1999
26/01/1999
29/01/1999
31/01/1999
01/02/1999
02/02/1999
</pre>
I need to group all the continuous dates like -

<pre>
From_Date To_Date Days
18/01/1999 20/01/1999 3
26/01/1999 26/01/1999 1
29/01/1999 29/01/1999 1
31/01/1999 02/02/1999 3
</pre>
