Grid Control Vs Cloud Control

Can we install Oracle Grid control without using WEB-LOGIC Server in 11g?

i know Cloud control is latest one.

Using Grid control we can connect to SQL- SERVER (to monotor), Clould control does same thing.

Grid control features and Cloud control features are almost same.

Then why still cloud control is recommended ?

I feel cloud contol installation is easy rather than Grid control ,

Is this only reason ,Why Cloud control is recommeded rather than Grid control !!!
