Grid control OMS is not starting it just hung

Hi,

In our grid control server, the OMS start up is just hung. Kindly help me to resolve this issue

$emctl oms start

Oracle Enterprise Manager 11g Release 1 Grid Control

Starting WebTier...

WebTier Successfully Started

Starting Oracle Management Server...
