Grid Control Installation Fails on Agent Configuration

Hi all -
I am sure that the answer has been posted somewhere, but apparently I haven't understood it.
I am running on Windows Server 2003 with the Grid Control 10.2.02 install.

I have tried multiple times to install Grid Control, but the Universal Installer keeps failing on the Agent Configuration Assitant portion. It tells me to check the configToolFailedCommands, but all I get out of that is
'oracle.sysman.emcp.agent.AgentPlugIn'

My services show that that I have an Oracleagent10gAgent service, which I would expect to have.

I am sure that I am leaving quite a bit of information out, but I don't know what to include that would help fix my problem. Let me know what other details I need to provide.
