Hallo out there,
I have a 12c database SE2 with version 12.2.0.1.0. It is not installed in multitenant mode. So I don't have CDB or PDB, just a single instance.
I tried to grant EM_EXPRESS_BASIC to an existing user, but I'm not able to connect to EM Express with this user.
So I just granted one of the required roles, but EM Express does not recognize it?
Do I have to call some procedure to refresh some kind of repository?
Is there some automatism missing or disabled, that is required for this to work?
