Grant read on triggers.

Hello,

I need some advice from all of you.

I own one schema and I would like one of my user to be able to read all table, triggers, package and view, it's only READ-ONLY. I understand that if I grant alter any trigger to that user then he/she can then disable or enable the triggers. What privilege should I grant to this user?
