grant privileges for future object?

Hi all. Need help.

1) Bob grants object priveleges on cars to Anna
2) Anna renames cars to cars_old
3) Anna creates cars .
4) Bob has no privelges to cars:(

How to grant privelges on 'created in future' tables?
