I've been looking for a way to allow a user to view package bodies in another schema that WASN'T SELECT ANY DICTIONARY for some time now and I happened to find it by accident today. I've been looking more into this priv, but there doesn't seem to be more explanation on WHAT debug actually allows.
Aside from allowing another user to see a package/procedure body, does anyone see any issues with granting DEBUG on a procedure/package?
