grant all privileges on users

Hello everybody.

Im working with 10g R1.

I have 2 users in my database (user A and user B). User A have all the programs unit (procedures, triggers and packages) and user B have the tables.

My question :

How I must grant User A to can access to all the tables in User B to do any operation posible?
