Grant Access based on OSUSER

Hi,

My Oracle Version is

Oracle Database 11g Release 11.2.0.4.0 - 64bit Production

PL/SQL Release 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

CORE 11.2.0.4.0 Production

TNS for 64-bit Windows: Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production

NLSRTL Version 11.2.0.4.0 - Production.

I have a schema named TEST in my DB. Many employees are accessing this Schema. Now, I want to give only select access to few employees and also to few employees Insert, Update, Delete Access needs to be given. How can I achieve this? I guess, This can achieved through OSUSER or Machine name. But I dont know how to do this? Please help me. Thanks in Advance.
