graceful shutdown of database with server shutdown

Hi,

Is there any way ( script or any file to modify) i can have a shutdown immediate automatically when my server is shutdown. In current scenario we dont have a database shut down properly when server is reebooted and we had a corruption in past as well with this behaviuor.
