Good GUI Builder?

Hi,
I am trying to get some suggestions for a good Java GUI Builder. I prefer one that creates java code (not xml).

I have tried BX for Java, which is great, but to purchase the price starts at $1,000 ....any other good suggestions? I am trying to use the Visual Editor plug-in with Eclipse, but I can not get it installed correctly...any ideas on that would be helpful also.
