db version to be upgraded to 12.2.0.1.0
goldengate version after the database is upgraded: 12.1.2.1.0 for 12C database.
Hello Guys, currently are in the process of upgrading our databases from 11G to 12C. The goldengate setup for our current 11G databases are working fine, but after the upgrade to 12C how would we convert the existing GG process which are running in GG for 11G database in to GG for 12C databases.
I went over the oracle document https://docs.oracle.com/goldengate/c1221/gg-winux/GWUUP/upgrade_ora.htm#GWUUP142 and some blogs that came up in my google searches, but none of them are providing enough info on my questions.
To be clear, this is a database upgrade and not a goldengate upgrade. our Goldengate version is same 12.1.2.1.0.
If any one can point me in the right direction, it would be helpful.
