goldengate - CL8ISO8859P5 to CL8MSWIN1251... how?

hi, help me please -)
my db is oracle 10.2.0.4, solaris 10, NLS_CHARACTERSET - CL8ISO8859P5, NLS_NCHAR_CHARACTERSET - AL16UTF16.

i need to transport some tables to mssql 2005-8 in charset CL8MSWIN1251.
trail files creates in CL8ISO8859P5 and mssql cant read them right..
i tried GG datapump and
export LANG=ru_RU.ANSI1251
export LC_ALL=ru_RU.ANSI1251
export NLS_LANG=AMERICAN_AMERICA.CL8MSWIN1251

but files created in same charset CL8ISO8859P5.

also i tried method - setenv (...) but as i understand it works only for oracle-oracle scheme.

so its impossible? or i need create one more oracle db whith charset 1251 and replicate it to mssql?
