Goldengate 12.3 for sqlserver, extract not recongizing MANAGESECONDARYTRUNCATIONPOINT

My local extract is failing with the error

2017-12-08T05:00:53.316Eastern Standard Time ERROR OGG-10151 Oracle GoldenGate Capture for SQL Server, LCARHIS1.prm: (LCARHIS1.prm) line 10: Parsing error, parameter [tranlogoptions] has unrecognized keyword or extra value "MANAGESECONDARYTRUNCATIONPOINT".

My extract parameter file has this line.

TRANLOGOPTIONS MANAGESECONDARYTRUNCATIONPOINT

Can someone please help?
