Golden Gate; insert, update no reply delete
Hi everybody,
I have an architecture with 2 servers Standard Edition Oracle 11gR2.
In one server i have my online database (6 months) and another server historics (all data).
I'm thinking which is the best solutions; the first option is Golden Gate but i new in this topic.
My questions are:
- Can i install Golden Gate with Oracle Standard??
- My replication environment is special; In online database only need 6 months (i will delete old data)
but in historics database i need every data.With Golden Gate, can replicate insert and update but
no delete?
- It's probably i'll configure rac with standard, so i'll use ASM, is there any problem with Golden Gate and
ASM or Golden gate with RAC?
