Going Crazy With Failed Repository Install

I've been trying for days to install an OWB repository using the Repository Assistant. I keep failing on the install. The only part that gives a hint is the phrase in the Exception window: 'processSQLDBAToken'(../../reposast/grantpriv.sql) "

I've looked up the file and can grant the privileges through SQL Plus, but it keeps failing.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
