RAC 11.2.0.1+RHEL5.4
When I finished installing grid with GNS,cluvfy get a error that can not resolve SCAN name .(SCAN Ip and GNS ip have being up)

I check gns status:

srvctl status gns
GNS is running on node rac2.
GNS is enabled on node rac2.

srvctl config gns -a
GNS is enabled.
GNS is listening for DNS server requests on port 53
GNS is using port 5353 to connect to mDNS
GNS status: OK
Domain served by GNS: cluster01.test.com
GNS version: 11.2.0.1.0
GNS VIP network: ora.net1.network

srvctl config scan
SCAN name: mycluster-scan.cluster01.test.com, Network: 1/192.168.164.0/255.255.255.0/eth0
SCAN VIP name: scan1, IP: /192.168.164.243/192.168.164.243
SCAN VIP name: scan2, IP: /192.168.164.242/192.168.164.242
SCAN VIP name: scan3, IP: /192.168.164.241/192.168.164.241

nslookup mycluster-scan.cluster01.test.com
Server: 192.168.164.20
Address: 192.168.164.20#53

** server can't find mycluster-scan.cluster01.test.com.test.com: SERVFAIL

I telnet 53 port on GNS IP,but there is no listener on the port .

telnet 192.168.164.25 53
Trying 192.168.164.25...
telnet: connect to address 192.168.164.25: Connection refused
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused

Did it mean GNS is not work ? Or something wrong else?
Please,thanks!
