GlobalMemoryStatusEx Could not be located in KERNEL32.dll

While Installing the J2SE 1.4 I am getting this messege, "The procedure entry point GlobalMemoryStatusEx could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll." Please help. I am using Windows NT.
