Globalization- Set Time Zone issue

Hi,

As per the requirement , i have set Globalization Attribute Set Local Time Zone to Yes. But now, every time an user logs in he gets 'Set Time Zone' on the screen. When he clicks it. the time zone is set to 0.00.

If user does not click it, the local browser time zone is correctly picked up.

Question: Can i hide this hyperlink that comes after logging in?
