Global Resource Directory frozen oracle rac database

I have 2 node oracle cluster on x86_64 solaris 10 system and i am getting the following error while starting asm instance on node2.

Here are the error in the log file.

cluster interconnect IPC version:Oracle UDP/IP (generic)

IPC Send timeout detected. Sender: ospid 2388 [oracle@racsol2.ukatru.com (PING)]

Global Resource Directory frozen
* allocate domain 0, invalid = TRUE
Communication channels reestablished

I have disable the firewalls on both the nodes.

Can any one please help me on this.
