Global platform INSTALL APDU

Hi,

is there any tutorial/paper about the Global Platform related to the installing the JavaCard applets? I am totally newbie to Global Platform. I need to prepare application, which installs the JavaCard applet on the smart card. So I would appreciate some hints or points what has to be done by the application to be able tu use INSTALL (and others) APDUs to upload the JavaCard applet...

How difficult is to make something like this?
