Global percentage and partial percentage.

Hi everybody,

My problems is:

The fictional company has 2000 employees, for example. The company has several departments. Each department has a different number of employees. In the Answers I can calculate the percentage of workers by sex in the department but not the percentage of department's employees in the company.

I have a table where a fact table row represents one worker. The table have a column that contains the numeric value of 1 for each line workers. The total number of workers is the sum of these units.

How may I solve this?
