I'm using APEX 18.2. I have static region with some page items in page #0 (should be displayed in top left most area of the global page), which should be displayed on all the pages, which works fine with all pages without Region Display Selector. I have another page #1 with Region Display Selector (RDS) region with 3 regions and "Show all" option. When the page #1 (with left column page template) is displayed with "show all" option, then region on page #0 is displayed as expected, but when Region Display Selector region is changed, then page #0 region disappears and another region in left column of page #1, fills up that entire entire left column, but again shows up when "Show all" option selected. I've verified the page #0 region has the lowest sequence in the layout properties. any ideas are appreciated, thanks.
