Glassfish set Cache-Control: max-age

I want to set caching headers and apply them to all cacheable static resources (js/css/image). I have checked Status-Enable and entered Max Age:605000 in the Admin console>Network Config>Protocols>my apex protocol>File Cache and clicked Save. I also have restarted server manually.
But it didn't work. Page Speed add-on for firebug still shows "Leverage browser caching" warning message.
