Giving Password Protection to a folder using Java : Urgent!!!

My requirement is that i want to give password protection to a folder using Java. I want to protect folders being used in my project. Please tell me the code by taking the help of an example of giving password to a desired folder. The password is to be stored in a Access Database (or any other type of file like txt,doc,xls etc.) Please Help. urgent.
