Give "NT AUTHORITY\LocalService" db access?

Hi,

I've written a Windows service that runs as "NT AUTHORITY\LocalService", and it needs to access the Oracle database, however, it does not work, it seems not to have permissions enough. How do I give NT AUTHORITY\LocalService permission to access the database?
