GI 11.2.0.3 在windows2008上无法安装

我在win2008上安装 GI 11.2.0.3 . 始终无法成功。在创建+ASM1 和 ASM2之后, ASM1和 +ASM2 之间的通信好像有问题,导致1节点把 2节点踢出集群了。导致安装失败 。
但是我安装GI 11.2.0.1却正常的,很奇怪。
