Ghost arrow appearing in region header

Hi all,

I have this strange "ghost" arrow apperaing in my form.

I would like to get rid of it but I have no clue as to where it comes.

This is a modal page, I have 3 interactive grids

When I delete the bottom interactive grid the arrow disapears so it seems to be part of the Interactive grid header of the bottom.

But how do I get rid of it?
