Can anyone explain me this EXTRACT/REPLICAT info:

What does that mean? That there is no lag but status was updated 8 seconds ago? This might mean that there is actually up to 8 seconds lag at this moment? How does this work with this timing? Because I see cases where lag is 0 seconds, but it says it was updated 3 hours ago etc. What does that mean? Thanks!
