Getting "virtual" rows by select

736764Feb 2 2010 — edited Feb 2 2010
Hi,

I googled and search anywhere, but I cannot find any solution to my problem... and maybe there is none, so this is my last hope!

I have a database - I have only connect, select and create view privs to this db (I'm not allowed to modify the data nor adding or modifing tables)...

I have a table with a date_from and a date_to date and I need a select statement to get every day between this interval e.g.: date_from 01/01/2010; date_to 05/01/2010, so I need:
01/01/2010
02/01/2010
03/01/2010
04/01/2010
05/01/2010

Is that somehow possible? I thought about joining but what I need is somehow a table to join with (which is not available)... so any idea?

Thanks a lot!
