Getting TKPROF for 10g

Hi,
At the moment I have TKPROF v. 7.3.2.2.0. What must I install to have a version compatible with Oracle 10g?
I download http://download.oracle.com/otn/nt/oracle10g/10203/10203_vista_w2k8_x86_production_client.zip and install with option "Runtime". I can not find any new tk*.exe on my disk.
