Getting "This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable." error

Hi,

I was deploying the Hyperion Planning application 11.1.2.1 through Workspace - job completed but with some errors, immediately after which I started getting error ""This SqlTransaction has completed; it is no longer usable." since then I'm not able to access Application library, Calc Manager etc.

just to add:

Code: com.hyperion.awb.web.common.DimensionServiceException

Description: An error occurred processing the result from the server.

Actor: none

I even tried to login to EPMA directly - but got the same error message.

Please help.
