Getting stream closed error popup for only few users in Prod

Hi
We are using 11.1.1.7 Jdev,in Prod we are getting below error for only few users.

Same thing working in all other environments and working for other users.
this is simple search page with af:query.
tried with AM pooling off also we are not able to replicate in local or lower environment servers.
Please help how to debug or resolve this issue.
