Getting ORA-27090, ORA-609 and ORA-3136 errors After database started.

Hi all,

I am working on 11.2.0.1 stand alone Database and everyday we are taking cold backup and After database restarted, i am getting below errors in Alert log file.

I found some thing for ORA-27090 error in online by increasing the Kernel parameter value fs.aio-max-nr= 3145728, is it correct?
but for other errors i didn't find any thing and moreover i don't have idea what needs to done for next step to resolve this.
