Getting ORA-02085

Does Anybody knows how could I get data from a DBLINK when the GLOBAL_NAMES parameter is set to FALSE in the INIT.ORA ?

The DBLINK was named to "sample.world" and when I try to execute the SELECT statement "select * from example@sample.world" I just get the ORA-02085.
