Getting ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row when trying to open User Interface Attribute

Hi,

I am getting ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row when trying to open User Interface Attribute from Shared component in my Apex application. I am using Oracle Apex 21.2.0 version. How to fix this issue if anyone familiar with this issue kindly provide the full information.
