Getting "OK SC" in some Entities after consolidation (Classic Version)...

501154Feb 10 2012 — edited May 8 2013
Hello,

Can someone help explain why we are getting "OK SC" after doing a full consolidation? This is something new that has started to happen in the last few months. I know it means "System Change" and relates to a meta data changes. But after doing a full consolidation we use to just get "OK" for all entities. I don't know what changed?

Here are our consolidation steps. We have about 11 entities rollups which need to be consolidated.

1) Open Consolidation grid with Actual and year.
2) Select the entire Legal row entity up to the current month and do a "Consolidation with Alll data"
3) Open the Locking grid (a company term) and select the 610 row entity and do a "Force Calculate". (this fires a allocation rule I believe).
4) Go back to the consolidation grid, select the entire current month column and do a "Consolidation".

This returns a mixture of "OK" and "OK SC". To fix it, I simply just a do a "Consolidation with All data" on the first month, and then repeat the above steps.

What I don't understand why it would not do this first time round?

Any advice or pointers are welcome. Hopefully I have supplied enough info.

HFM Workspace Version: 9.3.1.0.0.248
UI Version: 9.3.1.0.0.248

Thanks

Dave
