Getting OCI login error

Hi,
I am trying to run a report in OBIEE answers and getting an error,

State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 17001] Oracle Error code: 1017, message: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied at OCI call OCISessionBegin. [nQSError: 17014] Could not connect to Oracle database. (HY000)

My user name and password in the connection pool is correct. I amm able to view data in the physical layer tables. But i am still getting this error. I have removed IE cache and restarted all services, but still getting this error. Please let me know if i need to do anything else.
