Getting npm ERR! code E400 when running npm install -g @oracle/ojet-cli

I am getting below error when i run this command npm install -g @oracle/ojet-cli
npm ERR! code E400
npm ERR! 400 Bad Request - GET https://registry.npmjs.org/@oracle%2fojet-cli
npm ERR! A complete log of this run can be found in:
