Getting MSVCR71.dll error while toad connection

hi,

please help me it's urgent i am getting error while toad connection.

"The program can't start because MSVCR71.dll is missing from you computer.Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem".

I already try reinstall toad from system but still getting same error.From where we can get this dlll file where to put this file.
