Getting MAX , Second MAX , and SUM

Hello world,

in EMP table ,

i want to get MAX and Second MAX Salary for Department 30 and total for department 10 in one row .

Like this

Higher Salary-----Second higher Salary-----total dept 10
2850-----1600-----8750
