I'm trying to get some mail reporting from OEM 12c. I've a Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control 12.1.0.4 instance running on a RHEL 5 linux. Here I've configured a monitoring template which will look into the alert.log of the databases and give me a report, when there are ORA-????? errors. I've also activated the rule by apply it to a database. But now I didn't get any mails from OEM.
An email is configured for SYSMAN user and also a email notification plan. The notification method is also configured and testet well. The RMAN and Export jobs which I've configured in OEM also send me mails when they are successful but I didn't get the mails for the notification template. Did I forget something?
